When to Place Your Residential Order
We recommend that you have two gas cylinders at your home. This means that, when one is empty, you can change to the second cylinder so your home doesn’t run out of gas. This also gives you time to contact us to order your next LPG cylinder delivery.

Getting Ready for Your Delivery
Our free delivery service takes the hassle out of LPG products, but it’s important to remember that LPG products need to be handled with care. Supagas strives to deliver a safe and reliable service, so here are a few small things you can do to make your next gas bottle delivery as easy as possible.
Parking
Make sure our drivers have somewhere to park. We may use your driveway or any available street parking.
Pathways
To ensure a safe delivery process, our drivers need a clear path for our trolleys to take from the delivery vehicle to the cylinder position. If your home has long or steep steps, or a steep driveway, Supagas may organise a site inspection to confirm that we can safely deliver to your home. Also ensure that any gates blocking delivery access to your property are unlocked on delivery day.
Pets
We require pets to be either restrained or secured in another area of your property while we are delivering your LPG cylinders. This is to ensure that your pets don’t slip out through an open gate or door or get underfoot during the delivery process.
